Cosmic Space
14 January – 4 March 2006

Immerse yourself in the wonders of the natural world in the Cosmic Space theatre.
In the Cosmic Space, stunning shows use all round visual imagery, poetry and surround sound to explore the mysteries of life and the Universe.
Celestial Cycles looks at the cycles of the skies, from the sun, the moon, and the stars to spectacular events such as solar eclipses, comets and the dancing of the aurora in our dazzling winter skies.
The Beginning of Forever explores the origins of the Universe and the stars. Where did the stars come from? How long have they existed for? Is the Universe truly eternal?
Cosmic Space was created by Cosmic Sky Productions, a collaboration between planetarium educator and artist Gill Russell, astronomer Dr Francisco Diego and poet Brian Hill. The project is supported by NESTA www.nesta.org.uk.
Cosmic Space is suitable for adults and older children.
