Education

Education workshop

Education, outreach and the promotion of social inclusion and cultural diversity lie at the centre of Gallery Oldham’s work.

The Gallery’s education suite is a dedicated learning space where workshops, artist residencies, seminars and a busy programme of hands-on activities aimed at schools, community groups, families and individuals of all ages are on offer.

We provide a wide range of curriculum focused resources for schools to use both at the Gallery and in the classroom. These include handling boxes, INSET courses and teachers’ packs. We can also tailor our service to fit with your school’s projects.

If you, or your group or school, are interested in finding out how you can get more involved in the work of Gallery Oldham, or if you would like to book a class visit, please contact Anna Sims or Joy Thorpe on 0161 770 4653.
