The building work continues to gather pace for our new Arts & Heritage Centre. The continuing ‘soft strip’ entails the removal of all modern services throughout the building, taking the old library and art gallery back to the original Victorian fabric.
The latest exhibition in our Community Gallery runs from 15 July to 2 September. It celebrates the history of Oldham Photographic Society which was founded in 1867 and today can proudly claim to be one of the oldest photographic societies in the world.
On Friday 14 July we are hosting a fantastic touring art installation.
